Papa, my darling husband, you loved me sacrificially and faithfully like Christ loved the church. You provided heartily for our family, and entrusted me totally with our funds. You usually hand over any money you have to me, only to take a little portion to keep in your pocket. You remained an amazing man that loved and trusted his family. You showed us that a man can be great on the pulpit and also be homely and sweet. You lovingly ran errands for me from the beginning of our marriage even till your old age, and this has taught our children that a true leader should serve faithfully in every aspect. You taught us holiness, obedience to God and living daily in the Will of God. You were always eager to be at home to spend quality time with us, your family. Papa, you didn't only preach on the pulpit but at every opportunity you got. I continue to remember one of your many teachings - ''Three Things We Are Facing". Your consistency in your prayer life was a great inspiration for the children and I. I watched how you, as a pastor, carried burdens that were never yours, visited the sick, wept with the grieving and rejoiced sincerely with people. You prayed prayers that only God recorded. You have finished your course. You ran well. You loved well. You pastored well. You finished well. Rest on in the bosom of the Almighty God , my beloved husband.
